Coloring Creations

Hi all, long time I haven't posted anything. So I got a new job which is very demanding, as an Outbound Surveyor. Basically, I do survey's all day. It really got to me, mentally, so I tried looking for ways to help pass the time while doing outbound phone calls all day on an automated program. I picked up a book called "Flowers of Life" - Art Therapy for Adults with drawings by Jenean Morrison. I didn't think anything of it, but this has become a Godsend (literally) not only to pass the time at work, but alleviating some of my mental health issues that I suffer, mainly Depression and Anxiety. For those who suffer from these due to years of abuse, I just want to say that you're not alone and picking one of these up may help take your mind off things and expand your imagination. Right now, my only options is a basic 12 color stencil set but I would like to enhance the details of these in the future.
